About Our Facility
Our training facility located in Rancho Murieta consists of administration offices, classroom, and private off road space. We also have a satellite training site located in Alameda, California. All site visits must be approved and scheduled in advance. We appreciate your understanding. Northern California Teamsters Apprentice Training and Education Trust (NCTAT) is an Employer Funded, Taft-Hartley Trust. It was founded in 1989 in order to create career opportunities, training and instruction in the driving and construction industries.
Training to Meet The Needs of Industry
The mission of the NCTAT is to provide job skills training for Teamsters in the construction and other industries. Students learn to work in a safe and productive manner. Upon completion of classes, graduates will enter the workforce confident they are fully prepared to accomplish the tasks for which they are hired. The wages and benefits Teamster contracts provide, the competitiveness of the construction industry and the Contractors that fund this program demand nothing less than the best. The NCTAT is a career training program, NOT JUST A TRUCK DRIVING SCHOOL. The mission of NCTAT is to provide training and job skills needed so that graduates may work in a safe and productive manner.
